When i was packing my luggage to head back to my university i saw this greeting card put in my drawer...then i take a look i was a birthday card send by my friend from Julia years ago.
Then i continues to take out one by one all the presents,wishes,handcraft and souveniers from the drawer.Then here it goes back to the memory of tubby and friends which i went with Julia,Sue Jing,King pui,Jasons and Ian.
All the fun stuff and experience that is unforgetabble. thanks to my friends out there. Do stay in contact wherever u are and remember tubby and friends will live on forever....!!!!!!

Proton a failure or success?you Judge...
Today when i flip the newspaper i saw a news which is a dissapointment for all malaysian long awaited resultsVolkswagon pull out of partnership due to unfulfilled terms which aquisition of 51% share is impossible.So another very potential yet impulsive investor is chased away again.This time is to indonesia...
Despite of it’s fourth straight quarterly loss amounting to RM11.8 million (pre-tax) for the first three months of 2007.Proton yet to belieave that they can stand firm in the international market with the current technology and car manufacturered which we can see is dated back into the 90's technology
Proton has lost a total of RM619.9 million ringgit (pre-tax), compared to a net profit of RM46.7 million ringgit during the 2005 period. Revenue for 2006 dropped 37% to RM4.92 billion.
Proton quoted that this is because of weak sales, which plummetted 40% down from 183,824 units to 110,358 units.Can't agree more if we see from the prospective of proton sales yet if we see from UMW sales it is stagnant and yet a foreign car manucfacturer owns the malaysia market and still standing strong.What a shame.
Despite under protection for as long as 2 decade yet isn't enough time?You judge
Korean car maker used a decade to meet all the international standard.
Buckle up proton,produce car that can meet the local markets needs not the investors needs.

An annual examination on your health is essential....despite age and gender.That is what I do not agree much at my adolscent age.
Yet one day when my dad went for a check up, i just tag along.What a surprised!!!! I got a slight high cholestrol and uric acid content!!This is unacceptable because i does exercise regularly and i m still young, i just passed my 20.
What i can do is to consult the doctor what is the possibilities of occurance.Then from his experience someone at my age is possible to have hight cholestrol and uric acid.This is due to the youngster daily diet!!!
From here i studied about Uric acid ,the pro and cons.The picture on the left is the uric acid structure.
Source of Uric acid:
Purines are found in high amounts in animal food products, especially internal organs
High level Uric acid will cause:
-Gout
-Lesch-Nyhan syndrome
-Cardiovascular Disease
Low level Uric acid
will cause:
-Multiple sclerosis
-Oxidation stress
So i m at high Uric Acid level and doctor advices me to change my daily diet where less beans,ikan bilis and even cabagges.
Then for the cholestrol level i m slightly high one the LDL(@bad cholestrol).
eventually cholestrol is divided into 3 categories :
-VLDL(very low density lipo-protein)
-LDL(low density lipo-protein)
-HDL(high densitry lipo-protein)
Mechanism
VLDL carries fat from lever to others parts, then become LDL when fats is unloaded. LDL easily get stuck along the blood vessels.HDL will clean the blood vessel and bring them back to the liver
So doctor advices is to change diet where we eat less fat, less cholestrol, more fiber.more starches and drink less alchohol .Despite that lossing weight and regular exercise is esential
If the cholestrol is uncontroled it will increase the risk of heart attack, heart dissease, stroke and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore health consiousness is very important thou at a young age........

The Final Puzzle!!
At last the final puzzle of The Hunt 2 is open but then the asnwer will not be review till 1st june.
Not hoping much from this contest but had made alot of friends through forums and thanks to volvo for orgnaising this game.It have been a great time solving puzzle.

The Hunt 2!!!
Having a great morning!!!! haha...
today will be the final puzzle for The Hunt 2, pirates of the carribean organised by volvo.
I was wondering what was the final puzzle?
But to solve all the 20 puzzle before the final is squeezing out my brain juice...yet satisfaction gained from having the solution.
Not hoping much from this competition as the previous competition is abit bias. But if were to win something out of it,just consider it as a bonus.. nothing much
hope for the best prepared for the worse haha!!!!

and there is a banner that attracts my attention. Yeah!!! that is PayPerPost!!!
Then the human nature, "curiosity" makes me click on the banner to look what is it about..
